今天是立春，一年之计在于春！

作为新年的第一个节气

冰雪消融、冬天渐行渐远

万物生发、草木萌芽

所有美好，不期而遇

所有付出，皆有回报

俗话说：“立春一日，百草为芽”，立春乃万物的起始，也是一个新轮回的开始，人们总算熬过了漫长寒冷的冬日，即将迎来暖风徐徐、鸟语花香的春天。

在我国立春这天是非常重要的，既是二十四节气之首，也是一个节日，因此立春这日有许多传统还被保留着，其中“咬春”几乎是人人皆知的，在立春这天吃春饼、吃符合春天时令的鲜味野味。可以烙上几张春饼，再将新鲜的时蔬炒一盘合菜，用饼来卷合菜，咬上一口软糯、清香涌上舌尖，鲜味在口中逗留，迫不及待的想要接着吃下去。

合菜中的“合”，字面意思是将春天里的多种时蔬集合在了一起炒制而成，但“合”也与“和”“阖”同音，立春吃了炒合菜来“咬春”，寓意开春全家兴旺。炒合菜在全国各地都有着不一样的做法，食材的选用也有所不一。

炒合菜一般都是六种食材、取六六大顺之意，其中春韭、绿豆芽都是咬春的“当红小生”，再搭配上粉条、鸡蛋、肉丝、红椒、木耳、胡萝卜等一起炒，一口下去满口鲜香。立春记得给家人炒合菜吃，开春后全家兴旺，万事顺遂！
